I was fresh out of a three shaft weave workshop with JoAnne Bachelder and visions of combining three shafts drafts were dancing in my head:

It's a combination of 4 three end twills using 12 shafts to produce 4 blocks. It's similar, but different from Kerstin's in that there are three shots of a float pattern with only one plain weave shot between each group of three float wefts..
Here's what the fabric looks like:
By changing the tie up, it's possible to get pattern/texture in three blocks, with one plain weave block moving in a diagonal across the fabric:
Or change the tie-up again and you can different pattern/texturess in all four blocks:
There's a seven yard warp on the loom for towels where I will play with all of these variations. Feel free to play along, but let us know if you do. It will be fun to see what others come up with.
